The Issue
Youth unemployment has emerged as one of the most urgent and persistent challenges facing our society today. In both urban and rural areas, a growing number of educated young men and women are struggling to find jobs that match their skills, aspirations, and qualifications.
While we celebrate technological growth and infrastructural development, we must ask ourselves — why are our youth still unemployed in such large numbers?

What We Are Doing
1) Partnered with local industries for campus placements
2) Opened 3 new skill centers in the last 12 months
3) Created a local startup incubator that supports 50+ youth-led enterprises
4) Facilitated bank loans for over 200 self-employed youth in 2024
